Job Overview:
You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that promote our senior care services. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure our brand message reaches our target audience effectively and creatively. Your role will focus on increasing visibility, building strong relationships with the local community, and driving leads for our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Outreach: Build relationships with local organizations, senior centers, and healthcare professionals to promote Visiting Angels' services.
- Event Planning: Coordinate and assist in hosting community events, webinars, and workshops aimed at educating families about senior care.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track the success of marketing initiatives through data analysis, including KPIs like lead generation, community engagement, and website traffic.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, senior services, or a related industry.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of the senior care industry and the needs of elderly clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
