Job Description
Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate and consolidate monthly financial operating report (FOR) and monthly cash report
- Maintain and communicate the annual reporting and long-range plan (LRP) calendar
- Update management reporting package for quarterly financial performance review
- Provide ad-hoc analysis for management questions
- Improve the financial analysis and planning process
- Construct and provide global assumptions to planning leaders to be embedded in the budgeting process
- Provide administrative support for SAC/SAP report creation and maintenance
- Provide assistance to LRP and variance analysis reporting
Education, Experience & Skill Requirements
- Experience gained through college degree programs and or certifications in Finance or Accounting
- 3 experience years of Financial Planning and Analysis, investment banking, or accounting management consulting
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with SAP software
- Advanced skills in modeling experience in Excel and demonstrated creativity in PowerPoint
- Delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting on-time with minimal to no errors
- Ability to maintain a clean and accessible back-up materials and manage a standardized, best-in-class reporting process to receive, consolidate and analyze assumptions across the organization
- Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplined, cross-functional and collaborative team environment and to timely and effectively motivate others to meet planning deadlines for consolidation
- Accountability to minimize errors / deficiencies in models / reports and reduce surprises post forecasting period and analysis
- Completion of ad-hoc projects and analyses within schedule
