Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Advocate and communicate lifecycle management strategy findings to stakeholders
- Conduct in-depth analyses to assess the technical condition and performance of the SSCs in the VISTRA Nuclear Fleet.
- Evaluate and develop lifecycle management action plans, including maintenance strategies, modifications and replacements
- Identify and assess risks associated with the lifecycle management across the VISTRA Nuclear Fleet
- Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate system status and trends to stakeholders.
- Champion elimination and mitigation of Single Point Vulnerabilities (SPV)
- Performs assigned task with minimum guidance from supervision
- Organize and analyze issue specific information and make appropriate recommendations
- Coordinates assigned projects, studies and initiatives through completion
- Comply with safety policy and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Participate in special project and committee assignments as requested
- Lead routine problem - solving efforts

Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial, Nuclear) from an accredited program.
- Minimum 4 yrs. relevant job experience

- Able to communicate routine issues effectively through written and verbal communication.

- Understanding of power generation equipment and system interrelationships.
