Job Summary
As a TXU Energy Senior Analyst, Digital Communications, you'll directly impact and shape the experiences our customers have with our digital communications. You will create robust reporting dashboards that effectively communicate the story of our campaign performance. Your technical expertise will be essential in building and maintaining HTML / CSS email templates, as well as executing digital communication campaigns across various channels including email, SMS, and push notifications.

Job Description
A Day in The Life Of A Senior Analyst, Digital Communications :
- Implement new initiatives as well as execute ongoing digital communication campaigns, automations, and journeys via email, SMS and push notifications.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to connect valuable insights between communication campaign performance and enterprise data.
- Create robust reporting dashboards that meaningfully showcase campaign performance, insights and potential optimizations.
- Build and maintain HTML / CSS email templates for use across consumer segments and campaigns.
- Participate in daily / weekly agile meetings as an advocate to drive our technology efforts to completion.
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert for our digital communication Martech stack and work with other stakeholders to continually evaluate and improve our communication platforms.
What Requirements You Will Need :
SFMC Email Specialist and / or SFMC Admin Certifications are a plus.
