Job Summary
This role supervises and coordinates daily facilities maintenance work (e.g., decontamination, house and yard maintenance, routine structure repairs, yard maintenance) consistent with standardized Vistra Nuclear Operating Company Fleet practices, policies, and procedures.

Key Accountabilities
- Ensure personnel are properly trained and qualified to perform assigned activities.
- Assign tasks and manage personnel to ensure due dates and completions standards are met.
- Promptly investigate and settle grievances.
- Enforce the terms of the company / union agreement.
- Perform Emergency Response Organization duties as assigned.
