Job Summary
This position is responsible for the management and administration of the CPSES Security Organization.
Job Description
Key Accountabilities
- Direct supervision and management of CPSES employees
- Direct contract management of a uniformed security organization
- Budget and resource responsibility
- Primary responsibility for regulatory interface with the USNRC for the security discipline
- Responsible for the Security Department Training to include a weapons firing range
- Participates in regional and national work groups.
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
- Associate's degree in a related field and or 10 years' experience in the nuclear industry
- Five years of related management experience
- Technical security and investigative background
- Thorough knowledge of the appropriate portions of Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations
