Role Overview This role involves managing large complex product implementations that involve high degree of configuration, integration and product development effort. Key Responsibilities
Driving clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered according to defined scope, dates, and budget.
Project definition, planning, tracking, management, and control.
Ability to engage competently with client at all levels of the organization.
Running project and exec steering meetings
Skills & Experience Required
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex multi-million-dollar projects within the financial services industry.
Minimum of 7 years project management experience with full project management responsibilities.
Prior management consulting and / or system dev mgmt experience
Has worked in a similar company type to a global implementation company, Vendor, Product company.
Financial services experience (experience in post trade automation space a bonus)
Excellent client facing skills. A good communicator with strong relationship building skills.
Good commercial awareness and governance.
Good contractual awareness.
Knowledge and experience with PM methodologies. (Prince 2 or PMP)
Experience with Agile methodologies and implementations
Personal Attributes
Very strong communicator, experience with executive level, an excellent influencer.
Strong emphasis on professional approach and always represents the company’s interests.
Flexible and adaptable to project needs and changing priorities.
Proven ability to collaborate in a matrix team environment.
