Visual Changes, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated individuals to join our team. Our Foremens are working foremen who are in charge of the crew. Individual should have knowledge and field experience in residential and commercial lawn or garden maintenance. Lawn individuals must be experienced in the operation of mowers, trimmers, edgers and blowers. Garden individuals must be experienced in horticulture, landscape, drainage, irrigation and lighting practices. You must be capable of safely operating landscape equipment. - One year experience with a professional lawn & landscape company
- MUST HAVE A VALID UNITED STATE DRIVERS LICENSE
- Drug test required
- MUST BE ABLE TO CORRECTLY back up a truck and trailer
- Be capable of managing, directing and working alongside coworkers
- Must be self-motivated, efficient, team oriented, hard working, reliable and fantastic attitude
- Must be able to fill out work schedules
- Be comfortable working in any outdoor environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour
