What You’ll Do:
- Greeting and engaging customers
- Identifying each customer’s individual needs
- Providing optimum customer service
- Explaining products, values, and services to our customers
- Assisting customers with adjustments and repairs
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints with the help of store leadership
- Entering and processing customer orders
- Monitoring inventory to ensure products are in stock
- Administrative duties including, but not limited to: merchandising displays, executing daily store operations, opening and closing the store
- What You’ll Need:
- Willingness to learn
- Training provided. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields is a plus!
- Our ideal candidate will possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while building rapport with patients, exhibiting excellent communication skills, and showing strong initiative and problem-solving
