Visual Soft, Inc is seeking qualified candidates (US Citizens with active ACTIVE TOP SECRET clearance - a requirement on its sub contract with work share on a Project with a Major Prime) for the following position for a federal agency. We are the first tier sub-contractor with Booz Allen Hamilton, who recently won the EDAS Task order on ITSSS 2 and seeking candidates who currently support the agency and are willing to transition to this new task order.
Job Title: Data Architect (Various Levels) an Active Top SECRET required
Job Level: Mid (5 yrs exp), Senior (8 yrs exp) and Architect/SME Level (10 yrs exp)
No. of Positions: more than 3 in all levels
Compensation: Negotiable with standard benefits based on experience, education, degree and certifications
Location: Huntsville, AL ( project with a federal intel agency) - ONSITE
Job Description:
- Designs and develops solutions to complex data sets.
- Leads the development of enterprise data architectures, strategies, and solution recommendations in support of business strategies.
- Leads design of high-level conceptual and logical models that facilitate a cross-system/cross functional view of data requirements. Establishes processes for governing the identification, collection, and use of corporate metadata and takes steps to assure metadata accuracy, validity, and quality. Provides leadership to system and local work groups.
- Designs and builds relational and non-relational databases.
- Translates business needs into long-term architecture solutions.
- Reviews object and data models and the metadata repository to structure the data for better management and quicker access
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline
Our standard benefits: include 3 weeks of Paid time off (PTO that includes sick leave). In addition, all w-2 employees are eligible to be part of company's profit sharing, no employee contributions required.
