Description
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Director of Operations to oversee our company's day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless workflow. The ideal candidate would possess a strong operational mindset and leadership skills, along with the capacity to drive productivity, streamline processes, and manage teams successfully. Balancing strategic oversight with hands-on operational leadership will be crucial in this role. This person must understand how to supervise people, processes, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and develop high-performing teams, drive accountability, and foster collaboration across departments.
- Setting and executing operational strategies, scaling operations, and using KPIs for data-driven decision-making.
- Workflow improvements, cost reduction, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- P&L management, budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting.
- Implementing new systems, restructuring teams, and improving company-wide efficiencies.
- Performance reporting and analysis of ongoing operations
- Familiarity with AV (not required), logistics, or a similar operational environment is a plus.
