As an Account Manager in our Fibre Packaging division, you'll manage some of VISY's larger customer accounts while actively driving new business opportunities to grow Visy’s market presence in Melbourne's North & West regions.

Your Role Includes :

Account Management : Retain and grow existing multinational customer accounts while meeting or exceeding sales and margin targets.

New Business Development : Actively seek and convert new opportunities to grow Visy’s market share.

Strategic Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to improve customer outcomes, resolve quality issues, and enhance processes.

Market Intelligence : Provide insights to guide margin improvements, product innovation, and customer solutions.

Cost & Quality Management : Oversee cost efficiencies and ensure quality standards are met to drive customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring to the Team :

Proven experience in account management, B2B sales, or customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Packaging or FMCG sales experience preferable.

Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to drive results.

Commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, margins, and customer relationships.

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
