Key Responsibilities -
- Oversee onboarding to ensure forms are filled out, that patient portals are correctly created, and that no patient is ever in limbo in the process
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patient questions, addressing their concerns promptly
- Assign tasks to providers to ensure dosing questions and refills are processed efficiently and correctly.
- Develop, track, and adjust individual care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers
- Triage incoming patient messages that need escalation
- Ensure patients understand their treatment plan, schedule follow-up appointments, ordering labwork, charging patients for their services/products.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic health records (EHR) system
- Work closely with physicians, practitioners, and other team members to ensure a holistic approach to patient care
- Must possess exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize and manage a multifaceted workload
- Must have experience (2 years minimum) working with clients, utilizing exceptional customer service and communication skills to mitigate any issues and know when to escalate problems to executives
- Must have experience with EHRs, Google suites (Google Docs, Google sheets, Gmail, etc)
- Must have exceptional typing skills. (95% online/messaging, 5% phone)
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information, utilizing discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to commute and work in-office - South Scottsdale/East Phoenix area
- 2-5 years customer service / patient experience
- Familiarity with hormones, functional medicine, and integrative healthcare.
- Required hours - 8am - 5pm Monday thru Friday
- Compensation of $25 per hour based on experience, plus bonuses.
