Vita Bella is looking for an enthusiastic Patient Care Manager at our Scottsdale location. We are looking for someone with previous medical experience and/or previous patient care and experience managing employees.

Responsibilities:
- Patient care coordination – Manage and oversee all patient care to include onboarding, processing, messaging, reconciliation, billing, and prescription tracking.
- Manage – Oversee customer service representatives who help with patient care coordination and conduct reconciliation meetings
- Coordination – Work with providers to ensure proper scheduling of consultations, assist with billing issues, and assignment of tasks to coordinators and providers.
- Customer service and superb communication skills needed
- 2 years of previous office management experience
- A Registered Nursing license is preferred but not required
- Experience with HIPAA compliance
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate degree preferred
