Position Overview:
As a Home Care Sales Representative, you will be the face of Vita Blue Home Care, helping connect our services to individuals who need them the most. Your role involves building relationships with healthcare professionals, families, and potential clients. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Sales
- You must have an established book of business in Philadelphia and surrounding counties and generate at least five new clients per month.
- Build strong community and professional connections within the geographic market.
- Utilize sales techniques to develop strategies and consistently meet growth targets.
- Maintain and update company CRM software with detailed prospecting and client activity.
Relationship Building & Networking
- Establish and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Represent Vita Blue Home Care at networking events, conferences, and community gatherings.
- Partner with senior centers and local organizations to increase awareness of our services.
Consultative Selling
- Identify the unique needs of potential clients and provide customized home care solutions.
- Effectively present the benefits of home care, emphasizing safety, comfort, and independence.
Sales Strategy & Market Analysis
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.
- Track leads, follow-ups, and progress using CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Education & Collaboration
- Educate families, caregivers, and referral partners on the benefits of home care.
- Train healthcare professionals and community organizations on Vita Blue Home Care’s services.
- Work closely with the Director of Business and Development to ensure smooth client transitions.
- Contribute to team initiatives, participate in meetings, and support overall business growth.
Qualifications:
✅ Established book of business in Philadelphia and surrounding counties is REQUIRED
✅ Minimum 2 years of healthcare sales experience (home care sales preferred)
✅ Strong relationships with healthcare providers and local organizations
✅ Experience in developing and executing sales strategies to meet quotas
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach
✅ Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
✅ Proficiency in CRM tools and ability to handle administrative tasks related to sales
