Making Warm Lead Phone Calls Inbound/Outbound
An exceptional call center representative would consistently demonstrate excellent communication skills, actively listen to customers, thoroughly understand products and services, resolve customer issues efficiently, prioritize empathy and patience, effectively manage their time, and consistently strive to provide a personalized and positive customer experience, often going above and beyond to meet customer needs.

Your role at Vita Brevis:
- Monday-Friday 9 am - 5:30pm
- (must be able to work each day)
- Outbound and Inbound calls to potential clients from script (no cold calling, warm leads)
- Must love talking to people!
- Meet daily and weekly specific targets for calls and bookings
- In person office position at our studio, this is not a remote position
- Sale experience is a plus but we are looking for energetic people who love to have good conversations with happy potential clients!

- Experience in phone sales or appointment setting is preferred
