Position Overview
As a Client Booking Specialist, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls with potential clients working with warm leads and a structured script. This isn't just a call center; it's a space where your love for speaking with people and creating memorable interactions is valued. You'll work weekdays at our studio in Colorado Springs, CO. With specific targets for calls and bookings, your ability to engage positively with potential clients will drive your success in this role.
Your role at Vita Brevis
- Conduct scheduled outbound and inbound calls to prospective clients using provided scripts.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly targets for calls and successful bookings.
- Focus on delivering exceptional customer service that goes above and beyond.
- Contribute to a fun and engaging team environment that emphasizes collective achievements.
