Position Overview
As a Client Experience Coordinator, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, texts and emails with clients. It's a space where your love for speaking with people and creating memorable interactions is valued. You'll work weekdays at our studio in Colorado Springs, CO. Your ability to engage positively with potential clients will drive your success in this role.
Your role at Vita Brevis
- Daily communication with clients regarding their portrait appointments
- Responding to phone calls, texts, voicemails and emails
- In person office position at our studio, this is not a remote position
- 40 hours per week: Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm
