We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in our organization by managing relationships and supporting various recruiting functions. Monday - Friday 9 am - 2 pm
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with potential employees to understand their needs and provide information about our studio
- Build and maintain relationships with employees, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that arise
- Collaborate with the HR team to source qualified candidates for open positions
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance with legal requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in relationship management
- Strong knowledge of HR sourcing techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
