What is the role:

This is a full-time, inside/outside sales position with a focus on spray related services and landscape enhancement sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting with prospective clients and finding value-based solutions to their landscaping needs. We take a holistic approach to our client's needs and look at the entire scope of services to deliver the best outcomes. Our extensive client list combined with an aggressive marketing plan provides a steady stream of qualified leads to manage and allows for substantial opportunities.

Specific Responsibilities/Functions:

Meet with prospective clients to determine their needs and provide a written or verbal estimate.

Create landscape proposals for new installations and remodeling projects.

Ability to generate quotes for lawn fertilization, insect control and tree care services utilizing measuring technology and in field measuring.

Encourage upsells/cross-sales like our tree care services and related services like aeration and seeding.

Provide exceptional customer service and maintain relationships with existing customer base - answer and return phone calls promptly.

Utilize technology and software to create impressive proposals and implement a one-stop sales focus.

Represent Vita Green with honesty and integrity in all your actions.

Create detailed notes and maps to ensure the production team has all the necessary information needed to exceed our clients' expectations.

Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to project completion.

We need you to have:

1-2 years of green industry experience preferred.

Sales experience preferred in landscaping or plant health care.

Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.

Valid driver's license in good standing.

Demonstrate a professional demeanor.

Ability to communicate effectively.

Value the contributions of the entire team, treating everyone with respect.

Willingness to work hard and contribute to a great organization.

A "get it done" attitude and desire to be successful.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Schedule:

Day shift - Monday to Friday 40-50 hours per week

Some weekend availability required
