Our Director of Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that accelerate our company's growth and market penetration. This role will work closely with our Sales, Customer Success and Executive teams to create and execute partnership strategies that drive mutual value.

Our Director of Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that accelerate our company's growth and market penetration. This role will work closely with our Sales, Customer Success and Executive teams to create and execute partnership strategies that drive mutual value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's partnership strategy, focusing on healthcare providers, payers, and technology partners
- Own the full partnership lifecycle, from identification and evaluation through negotiation, implementation, and ongoing relationship management
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations, serving as their primary point of contact
- Structure and negotiate complex partnership agreements, working closely with Legal and Finance teams
- Create and maintain partnership performance metrics, regularly reporting on KPIs to leadership
- 5 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or similar roles, with at least 3 years in healthcare or related industries preferred
- Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and closing strategic partnerships with significant revenue impact
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, particularly in primary care and value-based care models.
- Experience with healthcare brokers a plus
- Track record of building partnerships that drove significant revenue growth
- Excellence in relationship building and stakeholder management across various organizational levels
- Experience developing partnership strategies and executing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Experience at a high-growth startup or scale-up company
- Direct experience with healthcare brokers, insurance agents or benefits consultants
- Deep understanding of employee benefits distribution channels
- Strong network within the benefits broker/consultant community
