Nurse Practitioners
Nurse Practitioners in Vitable's Provider Network practice independently or under a supervising physician, using their advanced clinical skills and our EMR platform to deliver compassionate, high-quality primary care tailored to each patient. Providers have the flexibility to set their schedules.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and medical histories
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections
- Prescribe medications, therapies, and treatments
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Educate patients on disease prevention, health promotion, and healthy lifestyle choices
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff for coordinated care
- Document patient care in electronic health records
- Adhere to all Vitable Health policies and guidelines and complete all training
