The Role
We are seeking a mental health provider to treat youth (primarily teens, aged 13-18 years) and their families for the Boys & Girls Club in Pittsburgh. Must be able to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children and families affected by violence, and contribute meaningfully to their emotional and psychological health.
This position is per diem. Sessions will take place onsite at various Pittsburgh locations, Monday-Friday from the hours of 3-8pm EST or 10am-4pm EST.

Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat various mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, grief and loss, and interpersonal difficulties
- Conduct individual sessions as well as group and/or family counseling as needed
- Implement interventions as indicated by each patient's specific needs
- Provide education and coaching to patients and families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government regulations.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Professional Counseling, or related field or currently enrolled in a Master's degree program
- Experience treating a wide variety of populations and needs
- Past work with teens and/or families, preferred
- Malpractice insurance
- Car and valid drivers license
