Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating our supplement packing machine, getting orders ready for shipment, providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Operate a vitamin and supplement packing machine
- Assist with management of warehouse inventory, shipping, and receiving
- Contribute to a dynamic team by filling shipment orders in a timely and effective manner
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain customer records and update information in the database
Experience:
- Proficiency in using order fulfillment systems, order picking, packing techniques, and warehouse management software
- Ability to load and unload shipments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
