About the Role:
As the House Manager/Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring exceptional care and engagement for our residents. You’ll partner closely with the Executive Director to foster a positive, vibrant environment for both residents and staff. This includes leading and mentoring a team of dedicated Care Specialists, who will report directly to you, ensuring the well-being, care, rights, and needs of our residents are met daily.
Your leadership and support will be essential in creating a compassionate, supportive community that our residents and staff love being a part of.
What We’re Looking For:
- Compassion and a genuine interest in working with the elderly and disabled populations.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with staff, residents, and their families.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working with senior populations (preferred).
- At least 2 years of management or healthcare-related experience (preferred).
- Experience in leading diverse teams and managing multiple disciplines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and TB screening.
