Vitafloor USA Inc., a global leader in equine whole-body vibration technology, is seeking a mechanically inclined and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Installation Technician. This hands-on position involves assembling, installing, and maintaining our high-quality products at our facility and on-site at customer locations. The role requires local but also occasional travel, providing opportunities to work in diverse settings across the U.S. and Canada.

Responsibilities:
- Product Installation: Travel to customer locations to install Vitafloor products, including vibration plates, horse exercisers, solariums, and more.
- Mechanical Assembly: Assemble and configure products in our facility and ensure they are ready for installation.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Perform mechanical diagnostics and repairs as needed, both in the field and at the facility.
- On-Site Testing: Ensure all products are fully operational and meet Vitafloor’s quality standards after installation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our technical teams in Coleman, FL, and The Netherlands to resolve complex issues.
- Customer Support: Provide hands-on demonstrations and basic product training for customers during installations.
Key Requirements:
- Mechanical Background: A strong foundation in mechanics is required (degree, certification, or relevant experience).
- Hands-On Experience: Prior work in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or installation is preferred.
- Comfort with Tools & Physical Labor: Must be adept at using hand and power tools and comfortable lifting equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel, including overnight trips, for on-site installations across the U.S. and Canada.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Capable of reading technical manuals and assembly instructions to ensure high-quality results.
- Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and customers.
- Equine Knowledge (Bonus): Familiarity with horses or equestrian equipment is a plus but not required.
- Multilingual (Bonus): Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Spanish and/or French (Canada) is an advantage.
