Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Server / Food Runner to join our team in a fast-paced, entirely outdoor restaurant environment. As a Server, food running will be one of your main responsibilities, as our ordering system is through QR Codes. Food Running plays a crucial role in ensuring that food is delivered promptly and accurately from the kitchen to our guests. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver food from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that may arise during service.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations throughout all stages of food handling.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
- Support the team during banquet events by assisting with food preparation and service as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is required.
- Must be able to maintain a calm and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food delivery.
