RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outbound sales calls to generate new sales opportunities while driving existing business to achieve revenue goals.
- Collaborate with external, field-sales representatives to maximize opportunities.
- Develop into a product expert, continually increasing and maximizing knowledge of innovative medical devices and surgical disposables.
- Utilize company CRM tool to organize activities, manage pipeline and report progress on a daily basis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
- Two or more years inside sales experience with a proven record of consistently achieving goals
- Highly motivated, self-starter, detail focused with strong time management skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to deliver professional presentations to medical and senior management executives
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Email, CRM Software, etc.)
- Experience selling capital equipment, medical devices and services a plus
