Responsibilities
- Primary Responsibilities
· Ensure positive Customer Experience for company’s vast network of customers.
· Assist the Director of Operations in daily management of order processing, collections, and warehouse teams
· Ensure effective communication between the various departments
· Create and maintain schedules
· Assist in the hiring and training of new employees
· Manage company returns
· Generate necessary reports
· Track KPIs
· Manage escalated customer inquires and issues
· Update customer account records
Requirements
· Prior experience as an Operations Associate or similar role
· Highly organized
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong computer proficiency (especially Microsoft products)
· Ability to lift up to 50lbs, stand for extended periods of time and move through a facility that is approximately 20,000 sq ft.
· Willingness to become forklift certified (prior forklift experience a plus)
