#Job Responsibilities
- Evaluates referral sources and patient experiences to identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with referral sources, patients/family members, and Vital Care's Intake and Nursing teams to facilitate patient start of care
- Key responsibilities include educating patients/family members about their therapy and supplies and providing timely, accurate information to all stakeholders
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and account management
#Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse in the state and in good standing
- Previous experience working with hospital and/or physician office referrals is strongly preferred
- At least 2 years experience with home infusion or other field-based nursing organization
- Proven experience in business development, sales, and account management
- Strong work ethic and desire to serve our referral sources and patients and to grow the business
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to use time efficiently and set goals and objectives
- Ability to communicate in a professional and articulate manner with physicians
- Maintain strong knowledge of, and comply with, all laws and regulations
- Strong cold calling experience
- Researching and managing the territory to ensure that all potential accounts have been established and call reach & frequency is optimized
