Description : Purpose
To act as VitalConnect’s primary practice liaison and serve the “voice of the customer”. This role will be responsible for ensuring practices achieve their desired outcomes by actively managing their relationship with VitalConnect, building strong connections, understanding their needs and proactively addressing any challenges to maximize customer satisfaction and retention. This individual will triage cardiac customer inquiries, field tasks, oversee onboarding, and direct inquiries to the appropriate internal departments, to ensure the well-being and success of the customer.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between practice / healthcare facilities and VitalConnect
- Work closely with 300 practices, fielding questions, addressing concerns, and representing the “voice of the customer”
- Collaborate extensively with internal subject matter experts to develop and integrate new processes and SOPs for this premier role
- Monitor overall client well-being
- Partner with Sales to onboard new clients, ensuring they are set up correctly across multiple internal systems based on their specific operational needs
- Continuous engagement with clients to evaluate their workflows and needs, including identifying and recommending solutions to potential gaps in VitalConnect’s offering
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to support the Sales function, including timely order fulfillment to clients, turn-rates of active devices, streamlining onboarding processes, and being an available, reliable source of knowledge for the customer
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of all client-facing departments to understand their obligations to the customer and measure VitalConnect performance
- Evaluate internal systems and how they can be better leveraged to serve the customer’s evolving needs
- Regularly work with Clinical Team to identify and rectify educational and / or training inconsistencies in the field
- Manage sensitive information, including PHI / PII, while complying with HIPAA’s minimum requirement
- Flexibility toward demands and changes in the role as the company grows

The estimated hiring salary range for this position is $65,000 - 75,000 .
