We’re not looking for just another front desk receptionist—we’re hiring a high-performance Administrative Assistant to be the face of our high-volume, luxury chiropractic practice.

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all patients with warmth, professionalism, and high energy
- Manage a high-volume patient schedule with accuracy, adaptability, and speed
- Oversee check-in/ procedures, maintain EHR accuracy, and handle data entry
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and book appointments with confidence
- Adjust the schedule in real time to avoid delays and bottlenecks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment
- Support the clinical team with administrative coordination and communication
