Maintenance Lead – Currently Hiring for Day & Night Shift!
- 2-2-3 schedule: 2-week cycle
- Week 1: 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on
- Week 2: 2 days off / 2 days on / 3 days off
- Shifts: 12 hour shifts
- Day Crew – 6am to 6pm
- Night Crew – 6pm to 6am

What You’ll Do as a Maintenance Crew Lead:
- Organize workload by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedule.
- Set daily / weekly / monthly objectives and communicate to the crew.
- Lead and develop maintenance technicians, creating equipment and system ownership.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
- Perform regular maintenance inspections and record findings.
- Work directly with shift supervisors and managers to support production and meet goals.
- Support the training and development of maintenance technicians.
- Ensure all personnel safety and food safety procedures are followed rigorously.
- Drive continuous improvement of waste elimination.
- Anticipate problems and make quick decisions under time pressure.
- Diagnosing and repairing breakdowns in egg processing equipment, conveyors, and packaging machinery.
- Must be able to perform all jobs on the lines and be able to coach others.
- Lead daily direction setting meetings when required
- Provide verbal and/or written recommendations to the supervisor concerning problems or issues.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5-7 years of General Maintenance Experience.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment & food/beverage experience is highly preferred
- Able to frequently lift and / or move up to 60 pounds
- Able to work safely in an environment where regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and wet conditions.
- Proven experience in leading teams.
- Strong people skills and ability to communicate with all levels of employee and management groups, both on site and remote
- Demonstrate strong accountability, consistency, and follow-through skills.
- Strong planning and organizing, problem solving, math, and communication skills; verbal and written.
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Have demonstrated knowledge of equipment set up, operations, adjustments, and repair.
- Bring a strong understanding of workplace safety regulations (OSHA), food safety compliance, and the ability to conduct safety and compliance training.
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English for safety reasons.
- Proficient computer knowledge: Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and designated inventory systems
