THE ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF SURGICAL SERVICES FULL TIME DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING.
Education
Required: Academic degree in nursing required (Bachelors or Masters degree). Masters degree in Nursing or related field required (Health Administration, Business, Public Health, or management)
Experience
Required: 2 Years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full time charge nurse/related position
Certifications/Registrations/Licenses
Required: Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. CPR
Skills And Certifications
Minimum 2 years of RN OR experience
Minimum 2 Years Of Progressive Leadership ExperienceSkills: problem-solving skills,scheduling,leadership skills,team collaboration,communication skills,healthcare,budget management,quality assurance,time management,organization,problem-solving,supervision,communication,staff development
