Key Responsibilities
- Document business policies, processes, workflows, and select procedures by interviewing global team members and compiling insights.
- Organize, formalize, and present gathered documentation to core teams for validation.
- Identify gaps between current and desired processes and recommend solutions to close them.
- Gather, elicit, and document business requirements from stakeholders, subject matter experts, and operational leads.
- Map interactions and relationships between systems, people, processes, information, and technologies.
- Research and evaluate alternative solutions to meet business needs.
- Identify and implement system/process improvements by eliminating non-value-added activities.
- Support global teams in Asia, India, and the US through effective communication and coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong communication, listening, and documentation skills, with the ability to write non-technical processes using templates and workflows (e.g., Visio or equivalent).
- Proficiency in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to own and drive projects independently; project coordination skills are highly preferred.
- Flexibility to work early or late hours to accommodate global meetings and requirements.
- Experience with SAP Supply Chain processes.
- Prior experience in a global team environment.

Salary : $33 - $38
