Job Summary:& &
We are seeking a Senior IDM Engineer with SailPoint expertise to join our team. This hands-on technical role requires advanced experience with SailPoint architecture, scripting, and implementation. The ideal candidate will expand the use of Identity Management tools and processes across the enterprise, integrate third-party software and infrastructure, and support automation and process improvements. This role demands a proactive and forward-thinking individual with a growth mindset, capable of aligning with business needs while ensuring high availability and seamless user experiences.& &
Key Responsibilities:& &
& • Create and manage onboarding and offboarding processes for users and identities.& &
& • Develop, configure, and deploy SailPoint engineering components with an advanced understanding of the technology.& &
& • Configure and execute Access Governance, Completeness and Accuracy, and certification campaigns.& &
& • Troubleshoot, triage, and resolve support tickets for the SailPoint platform.& &
& • Manage production changes and application onboarding to SailPoint.& &
& • Report KPIs and KRIs while prioritizing and managing support tickets effectively.& &
& • Identify and resolve technical and cross-functional project issues.& &
& • Collaborate closely with end-users to ensure business needs are met.& &
& • Oversee quality control activities, including unit testing, integration testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing.& &
Required Qualifications:& &
& • 5 years of relevant experience with SailPoint as a Senior Engineer/Developer.& &
& • Deep hands-on technical expertise in SailPoint, including architecture design and implementation.& &
& • Strong understanding of IAM controls and their significance in meeting regulatory and SOX requirements.& &
& • Experience with SailPoint scripting, debugging, and resolving code-related issues.& &
& • Proven ability to analyze existing SailPoint code for enhancements and fixes.& &
& • Hands-on experience with SailPoint integrations, such as Workday and Active Directory.& &
& • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.& &
& • Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration and alignment with business functions.& &
Preferred Qualifications:& &
& • Familiarity with automation and process improvement initiatives.& &
& • Experience working in an enterprise environment with large-scale SailPoint implementations.& &
