Our client, a top Am 100 law firm, is seeking a Trust and Estate Administration Paralegal with over five years of experience to join their teams in New Jersey, New York, or Florida. The role involves managing all aspects of estate and trust administration, including probate processes (with a preference for familiarity with NJ, NY, and FL probate), client interactions, coordination with financial planners and accountants, and the preparation of estate tax returns and fiduciary accountings. Responsibilities also include asset distribution, trust funding, and deed work.
The ideal candidate will have superior communication and mathematical skills, with a strong proficiency in estate tax software such as ONESOURCE/Fast Tax, HotDocs, and Microsoft Word considered a plus. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, able to prioritize effectively and works well in a team setting. A college degree, paralegal certificate, or a JD is preferred.
They are open to a NYC, northern NJ, or Boca Raton-based person as the role is hybrid.
Candidates must have law firm experience and a solid background.
