Position Summary
Under the general guidance of the Physician/Provider, performs a variety of diagnostic and vascular sonography procedures.

Under the general guidance of the Physician/Provider, performs a variety of diagnostic and vascular sonography procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Graduate of an approved program of Ultrasound/Sonography, or equivalent..
- Minimum Experience: One year experience strongly preferred. Must be able to perform Ultrasound and Vascular studies. Understanding of medical terminology, human physiology and anatomy desired.
- Certification/Licensure: ARDMS Registered, or if new graduate must be ARDMS eligible and pass a test in at least one area (i.e. Abdomen, OBGYN) including physics within one year of employment. If a new graduate, must be eligible to take the RVT registry within 18 months. NM Sonographer and RVT licensure required. CPR certification required.
