The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in managing a wide range of diagnoses, be comfortable working with geriatric populations, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and referring physicians.

What You'll Do:
- Perform thorough evaluations including physical examinations, patient histories, and diagnostic testing.
- Diagnose and manage conditions such as musculoskeletal injuries, stroke, spinal cord injuries, chronic pain syndromes, and other neurological disorders.
- Develop and implement non-surgical treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs—including medications, injections, assistive devices, and modalities such as heat therapy, cold therapy, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation.
- Provide pain management procedures such as joint, soft tissue, and nerve injections.
- Regularly assess patient progress and adjust care plans to optimize outcomes.
- Serve as a clinical resource within the facility, offering professional insights into the rehab needs of patients in skilled nursing environments.
- Stay current with advancements in PM&R treatment techniques and technologies.
- Provide must have an active license in Pennsylvania.
- Strong background in geriatric care and chronic condition management.
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, team-based approach.
