Vital Investment Management, a fee-only, Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) wealth management firm located in beautiful Loveland, Colorado, is seeking an experienced candidate for the key position of Client Services Manager (CSM):
Requirements for The Position Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Demonstrated experience in front office customer service activities:
- Manage and oversee client service operations to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure highest level of success.
- Answer incoming phone calls and triage clients to advisor(s) as appropriate.
- Interact with existing and prospective clients to provide the highest professional level of customer service.
- Client onboarding: completing and submitting account paperwork; entering data into Excel and other firm-related software and forms.
- Respond to and process client administrative requests.
- Ability to generate performance reports, billing, and compliance-related documents; assistance in creating firm-related forms and other paperwork as assigned.
- Attention to detail and multi-task-oriented individual with a passion for driving efficiency.
- Highly adaptive with knowledge of the financial industry.

As the Front Office face to our clients, we expect the qualified Candidate to have a demonstrated work history of delivering the highest level of customer service; trustworthiness, professionalism, and timely responsiveness to client needs/requests are of utmost importance; the qualified Candidate will be an expert listener, with the ability to quickly assess a particular question or situation and effectively move to problem-solving and decision mode to resolve customer service issues to the satisfaction of our clients. Elevate client satisfaction and internal operations. Team-oriented with a focus on concierge/white-glove level client servicing. Demonstrates a desire to achieve the goals of the firm.

For the right candidate, and based on what they can bring to this position, Vital Investment Management will offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
· Full-time Employment: Office hours typically 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday (part-time is possible)
· Base Salary (based on experience)
· Health Insurance (partial premium reimbursement)
· Paid Vacation Days: 3 weeks (or more based on experience)
· Paid Sick Days: 5 days (based on experience)
