Purpose
The primary role of the Indexing Clerk at VRC Companies, LLC (“Company”) is to assist in the preparation and scanning of documents for imaging. Imaged documents are then indexed for electronic routing into the Company’s workflows. This position is task-oriented and requires particular attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Sorting and preparing documents for scanning
- Indexing imaged documents
- Receptionist back-up and other administrative support as assigned.
- Pulling and managing a large volume open shelf file customer
- Corresponding Daily with the customer via email and phone

Minimum Requirements:
- Some college preferred.
- Computer literate
- Detail-oriented and reliable

- Light to moderate lifting is required.
- Ability to type 35-40 WPM and 10-Key by touch.
