We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the A/V industry, particularly in live video production. This role involves managing inventory, preparing equipment for events, and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all A/V equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound systems. Conduct regular inventory checks and update the inventory management system.
Equipment Preparation: Prepare and test A/V equipment for live video production events. Ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition and ready for use.
Shipping and Receiving: Handle the shipping and receiving of A/V equipment. Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify contents against packing lists.
Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. Implement efficient storage solutions and ensure equipment is easily accessible.
Technical Support: Provide technical support for live video production equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during preparation or events.
Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to understand equipment needs and timelines. Assist in the setup and teardown of equipment at event sites as needed.
Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in A/V technology is a plus.
Familiarity with live video production equipment and processes.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
Ability to drive box/bobtail style trucks.
Clean driving record and valid Drivers License.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
