How You Will Make a Difference
As we expand our services in new and existing markets, we're looking for a Caregiver who shares our values of being Trustworthy, Capable, Compassionate, Proactive, and most importantly, Called to serve patients in their home. The Caregiver approaches each day with a passionate pursuit of caring for patients by working one-on-one with them; helping them to achieve their health goals. In this role, you will set the standard for what our patients should experience from VitalCaring. Your dedication to your calling is rewarded by the meaningful relationships you develop with patients and the flexible schedule that allows for work/life balance.
As the Aide, you will:
- Recognize and report unusual changes in patients’ health and collaborate with the appropriate licensed professional
- Provide companionship and safety to patients in their homes and assist in tasks that promote the patients’ health
- Provide assistance in activities of daily living such as transportation to doctor's appointments, grocery, pet care as requested
- Contribute to a culture caring through individual accountability and teamwork

Experience to Deliver on our Mission:
- At least one year experience in care giving in any setting including hospital, nursing home, assisted living, or home health/private duty preferred
- Experience with completing Activities of Daily Living: bathing, dressing, cooking, light cleaning, toilet assistance, transfer.
- Experience with Hoyer lift/sliding board transfers
