How You Will Make a Difference
As we expand our services in new and existing markets, we're looking for a Centralized Document Indexer who shares our values of being Trustworthy, Capable, Compassionate, Proactive, and most importantly, called to serve. The Centralized Document Indexer plays a vital role in organizing, cataloging, and indexing documents to ensure efficient retrieval and accessibility of items in the electronic medical record. In this role, you will create and maintain an organized system that allows for quick and accurate document retrieval and ensure our team can deliver consistent quality care to patients.
As the Centralized Document Indexer, you will:
- Review content and purpose of documents received via Forcura software
- Process and index incoming documents in Forcura including case name, type of document, status, and more to facilitate easy retrieval of the document in the future.
- Organize and maintain a consistent and accurate indexing processes
- Propose and implement improvements to enhance efficiency of document retrieval
- Assist with Medical Record workflow tasks
- Assist with communications such as answering incoming calls.
Skills for Success:
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changes in document indexing processes and technologies
- Knowledge of medical terminology and electronic record keeping
- Familiar and comfortable with technology; HCHB and Forcura experience is a plus

Experience to Deliver on our Mission:
- High School Graduate (College Preferred)
- Valid state driver’s license and auto liability insurance
