Responsibilities
As the licensed physical therapist assistant, you will:
- Work under the supervision of the physical therapist to fulfill the defined patient-specific care plan
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure all patient needs are fully addressed
- Deliver high-quality skilled care to patients administering non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, therapeutic massage, traction, heat, light, cold, water, and electrical modalities
- Thoroughly document care delivery daily in our EMR system
- Contribute to a culture of caring through individual accountability and teamwork
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Compassionate care delivery, focused on results

- Able to work independently without direct oversight
- Able to discern when to call for support and communicate challenges
- Familiar and comfortable with technology (HCHB experience a plus)
Education and Experience
You should have:
- Graduated from an accredited school of physical therapy assistant with an associate degree in physical therapy
- Current state license to practice physical therapy, valid state driver's license, and auto liability insurance
- One year of experience as a licensed physical therapist assistant preferred
