Key Responsibilities
- Work under the supervision of the Physical Therapist to fulfill the defined patient-specific care plan
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure all patient needs are fully addressed
- Deliver high-quality skilled care to patients administering non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, therapeutic massage, traction, heat, light, cold, water, and electrical modalities
- Thoroughly document care delivery daily in our EMR system
- Contribute to a culture of caring through individual accountability and teamwork
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, be able to work independently without direct oversight, and be comfortable with technology. Experience as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant is preferred, but not required.
