As an Occupational Therapist at VitalCaring, you will provide compassionate care to patients in their homes, helping them achieve their treatment and recovery goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients to determine their appropriateness for care
- Develop patient-specific care plans with the appropriate level and frequency of care
- Communicate with the care team, physician, payors, patients, and family to address care needs and fulfill the patient's care plan goals
- Deliver high-quality skilled care and supervise the care of other care team members
- Thoroughly document care delivery daily in our EMR system
Requirements:
- Current Occupational Therapist License, valid state driver's license, and auto liability insurance
- One year of experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care, rehabilitation, or home health setting preferred
