Job Type: Per Diem, 1099 contract.
Pay Range: $140/hr- $150/hr for telemedicine.

Full Description:
VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Bilingual Haitian Creole Speaking Physician to provide chronic disease management programs to a private client in Princeton, New Jersey area. The Physician will participate in a structured multi-week treatment and coaching program for Chronic Metabolic Diseases (i.e Pre-diabetes, Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, Obesity) designed to improve their wellness and lifestyle.
We handle all patient appointments and administrative work, allowing you to focus entirely on one-on-one clinical patient care. This is an excellent opportunity to practice preventive and personalized medicine in a supportive, structured setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide chronic disease management to patients based on our program guideline.
- Educate patients around healthy eating and lifestyle.
- Prescribing chronic disease management medications.
- Advise/refer patients for follow-up care.
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree.
- Clean active license to practice in the state of New Jersey. Compact license or multiple state license strongly preferred.
- Board certification in specialty.
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience following post graduate training.
- Background in family practice, internal medicine and/or preventive care preferred.
- Background in urgent care will be considered.
- Focused on preventive medicine and patient education.
- Proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Personal laptop or tablet required.
