VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Nurse Practitioner with dermatology experience
Responsibilities :
Provide skin checks, skin cancer screenings and small procedures.
Consult with patients to understand their dermatological health concerns.
Advise / refer patients for follow-up care.
Provide telemedicine services for follow-ups (as needed).
Requirements :
Active and valid NP / PA license to practice in the state of IL.
Minimum 3-5 years of direct dermatology experience following post graduate training.
Advanced practice certification in dermatology.
Must have own collaborating supervising physician.
Patient education driven.
Must be proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
Must be able to commute to Chicago, IL .
