Job Schedule: 2 days per week (8:00am- 4:30pm).
Job Type: Contract, 1099.
Pay Range: Starting at $70/hour
Full Description
VitalCheck Wellness is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Psychologist to provide psychological assessments, diagnoses, treatment and coaching to a corporate health center. The psychologist will focus on defining and assessing neurodivergent conditions and conducting counseling plan and workplace accommodation as well provide coaching to managers to better work with these employees.
Responsibilities:
- Using the appropriate diagnostic assessments or tests, diagnoses and develops treatment plans for clients experiencing psychological, emotional or behavioral problems.
- Assessing neurodivergent conditions and create personalized counseling plans and therapies individually and/or in a group setting.
- Help create workplace accommodation plan with HR.
- Coach managers and provide tools and skills to better support employees with special needs. Make external referral and coordinates care with other treatment team members, agencies and health professionals as necessary.
- Maintains appropriate documentation of all client contacts, consultations with other professionals, and documents any changes to treatment plan. Intervenes when appropriate in response to changes.
Requirements:
- PsyD, or a PhD or EdD in psychology or a related field from a graduate school accredited by the American Psychological Association.
- Fully licensed Psychologist eligible to provide services in the state of Georgia, NY or NJ.
- Minimum of 3-5 year relevant work experience as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
- Significant experience working with neurodivergent conditions.
- Experience working in a corporate environment and coaching managers.
- Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, EMR systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Must be able to reliably commute to office in the listed locations.
